Charlie Latimer

Charlie focuses on debt and equity origination and capital raising for real estate investment and development. He has more than 15 years of experience spanning development, real estate lending and capital markets and is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor. Prior to Blackbear, Charlie worked at Topland Group, where he financed transactions across hotels, leisure, mixed-use, offices and residential, and at Zorin Finance, where he originated development and bridging facilities. He began his career in development and land acquisition with Berkeley Group.
