Frank has more than 40 years of commercial real estate debt, equity and advisory experience across Europe. He leads Blackbear's origination and execution activities in the German-speaking markets. Frank was previously Chief Executive Officer of DEMIRE AG, CEO of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Germany, and he led Deutsche Bank's German commercial real estate business as a member of Deutsche Bank's Global Real Estate Executive Committee. His career spans banking, investment, corporate restructuring and the leadership of listed real estate companies, giving him experience from both the capital-provider and ownership perspectives.
