Slava Nazarov

Slava has more than 20 years of experience across engineering, development and real estate investment. At Blackbear, he is responsible for underwriting, transaction structuring and the delivery of development projects across the portfolio. Before joining Blackbear, Slava was Investment Director and a board member at Vesper Real Estate, where he led transactions, European expansion, M&A and debt and equity fundraising. His earlier career in engineering and project delivery gives him particular expertise in complex development and operationally intensive investments.
