30+ years of CRE debt, equity and distressed-investment experience across Europe and the US
Heath founded Blackbear in 2016. He has more than 30 years' experience in commercial real estate debt, equity and distressed investment across Europe and the US. He held senior roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, including Head of EMEA Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, where he oversaw loan origination and directly managed a portfolio of CRE loans, CMBS investments and derivatives of more than €10 billion and originated over €25 billion of European commercial real estate loans. He later founded the real estate business at Tyndaris and has extensive principal investment experience across hospitality and operating businesses. He started his career at Goldman Sachs in New York.
